Testing and documents
What is on a certificate?
The lot number, release date, purity by HPLC, identity by mass spec, water content and endotoxin. In this preview every certificate is a sample marked SPECIMEN.
How do I find the certificate for my vial?
Type the lot number from the label into the lot lookup. It reads GR- and four digits and sits in the batch field.
Who does the testing?
The live store is planned to name the testing lab on every certificate (to confirm). This preview leaves the lab out.
Do lots differ?
Each lot has its own certificate, so you can compare lots side by side in the library.
Orders and shipping
How does the bundle discount work?
Every vial in the cart counts. Three vials take 10% off the whole cart, five take 15% and eight take 20%. Gold members get the 10% from two vials.
When is shipping free?
On orders over $200 after the bundle discount, or over $150 from Silver tier.
Do you ship outside the US?
That is set in the shipping policy.
Can I return an order?
The refund policy covers damaged items, wrong items and lots that do not match their certificate.
Storage
How should vials be stored?
The label and the lot certificate give the storage conditions for each product.
How long does a vial keep?
It depends on the product and the storage. The expiry date goes in the label's expiry field and on the certificate (to confirm).
Research use
What are these products for?
Laboratory research and analysis only. They are not for human or veterinary use, and they are not drugs, supplements, foods, cosmetics or medical devices.
Are they FDA approved?
No. They have not been evaluated or approved by the FDA.
Who can buy?
Adults 21 or older buying for lawful research. You confirm this when you enter the store and again at checkout.
Do you give dosing or use advice?
No. Ghost Research gives no dosing, preparation or use advice for people or animals, and support does not answer those questions.

How do I earn points?
Every order earns 1 point for each $1 paid after the bundle discount. Points post when the order ships. See ways to earn.
What do member tiers unlock?
Store perks only: a lower free shipping line from Silver, the 10% bundle discount from 2 vials at Gold, new arrivals first at Platinum and a flat 20% off at Black.
Do points have a cash value?
No. Points and tiers are store rewards. They say nothing about any product. The program terms are a placeholder until Ghost Research confirms them.

Do you take custom or standing orders?
